The GeoNiagara Radio Show is beginning Season 2. What began as a Brock University Geography 4th Year Honours Internship project, has turned into an ongoing adventure airing on 103.7 FM CFBU – Brock University Student Radio. Season One wrapped up with the airing of Episode 6 on Wednesday, June 21 at 6 pm and returned for Season 2 on Wednesday, September 20 at 6 pm with an interview with GoGeomatics Canada Managing Director – Jonathan Murphy.
At this time we would like to give a shout out to RJ, the shows co-host as well as producer/engineer for all of the hard work that she has put in over the course of the past school year. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty in terms of the number of hours as part of the internship program. I’m incredibly grateful for her continued involvement.
The goal of the GeoNiagara Radio Show has been to provide listeners with an insight into the importance of Geography and Geographic Education by interviewing professionals in the field whether Public/Private sector or Non-profit/Social enterprise. We will continue to do so through Season 2. We invite you to tune in and join the conversation. For more information, check out our Facebook page, or connect with us on Twitter @geoniagara
